Commissions: What should you pay?
Brokerage fees -- commissions -- are negotiable; there's no "standard" fee. Don't be shy about discussing fees with your broker before signing a listing agreement. You may be able to agree on a fee tailored to your particular listing.
If Michael Dixon lists and procures the buyer for your property, and there is no commission split with another company, then the total commission will be 4% of the selling price (versus the usual 6% charged by other companies).
