Michael Dixon gives a one-year home warranty to sellers who list with him (properties priced at $85,000 or more and depending on condition of the property at time of listing). The warranty is valued at more than $400 and is transferable to your buyer. Sellers of land receive a Lowe's gift card valued at $400 at closing.
